Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your singing lesson. To make this as easy as possible, you can manage your booking directly through the My Account section of the website.
If you don’t already have an account, simply create one using the same email address you used to make your booking - your appointment will appear automatically.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your lesson

A full refund will be issued within 3-5 working days.

You are welcome to reschedule your lesson for a future date through the normal booking process.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your lesson

Unfortunately, no refund can be offered for cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson start time. If you have chosen to pay by cash, follow the 'how to' below to make a payment

This is because your time slot is held exclusively for you and cannot be offered to other students at short notice. Much like purchasing a ticket for an event, the space is secured whether or not you attend.
Agreement to this policy
By booking a lesson, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled lesson, you agree that no refund will be due.
For your convenience, all clients are asked to confirm acceptance of this policy at the time of booking.

How To Cancel Your Booking
Cancelling your appointment cannot be done by email or over the phone. The online booking system makes it easy to cancel your lesson at any time, I will be notified by email once you have cancelled so you don't have to worry about letting me know. You will also receive a confirmation email confirming the cancellation.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Navigate to "My bookings"

From there, Click "Manage Booking" where you will be able to cancel your booking.

If you paid by card a refund will be automatically sent to the account you used to make your booking. If you are cancelling 48hrs or less, prior to your lesson, payment will be charged in full and no refund will be made.

If you planned to pay by cash, a payment link will be emailed to you within 24hrs of your cancellation request. ​
Rescheduling your Lesson

You can reschedule your lesson if you are still out with the 48hour cancellation policy window.
There are two ways:
1. Cancel your appointment as per the instructions above and rebook a time that suits you
2. Look for the next available time you would like to change your lesson to on the booking calendar and email me to request the change with the new preferred date and time. This option may impact the availability of the desired session as it may be booked before I see or am able to action the rescheduling.
